Each day fresh fish in a tasty and varied menu
We have based our menu on the freshly provided fish of our suppliers from day one: quality and freshness of raw materials have been two priorities of chef Mauro’s since the beginning, celebrating them in the balance of his combinations thanks to his passion and creativity.
In the years of our activity, we dedicated ourselves to preparing dishes with unpredicted flavours, presenting fish in its various forms: from the carpaccios of our appetizers to risottos and pastas, from creamed versions to the classic fish fries, but also mixed grills great to share with your friends, all served with seasonal vegetables as sides and a selection of wines chosen specially to offer only the best to our clients.
